1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

COOZY AUTO PREMIUM is based in George Town, Penang. If you have a question about this policy, or want to ask about or correct information we hold about you, you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp at 010-868 1054, or through our Contact page.

2. Information We Handle

We handle a few different kinds of information: contact and vehicle details you give us directly when you message us on WhatsApp or call about a service; records we keep for invoicing and warranty registration once you've had work done; the car plate number you enter into our Warranty Check tool; and basic technical information any website server generates as part of normal operation, such as request logs.

A car plate number and its linked service record may be associated with an identifiable vehicle owner. We therefore handle this information with care.

3. Why We Use It

We use this information to reply to enquiries, arrange and carry out services, prepare quotations, keep a record of work and warranties, provide after-sales support, and let you look up your own warranty record. We do not currently send marketing emails or build a profile of website visitors from this information; if that changes, we will only do so with appropriate consent and will update this policy first.

4. Warranty Check

Our Warranty Check page lets you enter a car plate number to look up the service records registered against it. The result only shows information we've confirmed is appropriate to display: the invoice number, plate number, car model, and — for each registered service separately — the package, installation date, warranty period, expiry date and status.

Customer name, phone number, IC details, home address, payment amounts, and any internal notes we keep are not returned by this tool and are not shown on this page. Because a warranty lookup result is tied to a specific vehicle, please keep it to yourself in the same way you would other details about your car. If a result looks wrong, contact us and we'll check our records with you.

5. Service Providers and Links

To run this website and the services on it, we use a small number of outside providers: WhatsApp, for messages you choose to send us; Google Apps Script, which we use to store and look up warranty records; Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the technical service behind Warranty Check; and, on our Contact page, an embedded Google Maps view of our location.

When you use any of these — for example, opening WhatsApp or interacting with the embedded map — you are also subject to that provider's own privacy practices, which we don't control. Using this website involves passing relevant information to the providers above so the service can work, but we don't sell your information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We do not currently use website analytics or advertising pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy before introducing them.

The embedded Google Maps view on our Contact page is provided directly by Google. Loading it may allow Google to set its own cookies or load its own resources, in line with Google's privacy policy, separately from anything COOZY controls.

7. Keeping Information Safe and How Long We Keep It

We limit access to service and warranty information to those who need it for our work. We keep records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, administer the applicable warranty, maintain business records and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type. You can contact us if you have a question about information connected to your service.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You can contact us at any time, using the details in section 1, to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy question. Because warranty records are tied to a specific vehicle, we may need to reasonably confirm you're entitled to that information — for example, the plate number together with something that connects you to the vehicle — before we share warranty details, so that we don't hand them to someone unrelated to the car.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make a significant change to how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date above. An earlier version of this page does not apply to new activities that this page has since been updated to describe.
